- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the specified Military Officer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the EuroSecure Personnel Group BV account at KBC Bank, Brussels, Belgium (IBAN: BE76 0000 0000 0000).
- Commencement: Services shall commence no earlier than 1 July 2025, subject to mutual written confirmation and completion of all Belgian security clearance verifications for the Military Officer.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- Confidentiality: All operational details, threat assessments, and personnel information contained in or arising from this Quotation Estimate are classified as Commercial in Confidence and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
- Compliance: The Military Officer shall operate in full compliance with Belgian national law, EU regulations applicable within Belgium Brussels, and all NATO security protocols. EuroSecure Personnel Group BV assumes full responsibility for the legal status, visa, and work permit of the deployed Military Officer.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, government sanctions, or natural disasters affecting Belgium Brussels.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes EuroSecure Personnel Group BV to proceed with the engagement of the specified Military Officer for the services described herein, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
