This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kinshasa Defence & Security Advisory Group (KDSAG) in response to the client's request for the professional engagement of a qualified Military Officer to provide strategic advisory, security coordination, and operational oversight services within the city of DR Congo Kinshasa. The scope of work encompasses the deployment of a senior-grade Military Officer (Colonel or equivalent rank) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service experience in multinational peacekeeping, civil-military coordination, and urban security operations.
The Military Officer shall be stationed at the client's designated facility in the Gombe or Limete commune of Kinshasa and shall report directly to the client's Chief Security Officer. All operational activities will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Kinshasa municipal regulations, and applicable international humanitarian standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signature, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the KDSAG designated account in Kinshasa.
- The Military Officer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall not disclose any operational details, client information, or security protocols pertaining to the DR Congo Kinshasa engagement to any third party without written authorization.
- KDSAG reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with a candidate of equivalent or superior rank and qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All services rendered in DR Congo Kinshasa shall comply with the Congolese Labour Code, the Military Service Act, and any applicable decrees issued by the Ministry of Defence of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Kinshasa, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the Congolese Chamber of Commerce.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer in DR Congo Kinshasa. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the definitive Service Agreement.
