4. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% at the six-month operational milestone, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month engagement period.
