Dear Mr. Kulkarni,

Thank you for your request dated 02 June 2025 for the engagement of a retired Military Officer to provide executive security, strategic advisory, and corporate risk management services at your Mumbai headquarters and associated industrial facilities. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with your stated requirements and reflects the professional fees, operational costs, and ancillary charges applicable for the proposed engagement within the jurisdiction of India Mumbai and the broader Maharashtra region.

1. Scope of Engagement – Military Officer Services

The proposed Military Officer, a retired Lieutenant Colonel (Army) with 28 years of active service including deployments in counter-insurgency operations, will be engaged on a full-time contractual basis. The scope of duties includes, but is not limited to:

Executive protection and personal security for the Board of Directors and senior management at the BKC office, Mumbai.
Strategic security advisory and threat assessment for all operational sites within India Mumbai metropolitan area and Navi Mumbai industrial zones.
Development and implementation of corporate security protocols, emergency response plans, and crisis management frameworks.
Coordination with local law enforcement agencies, including the Mumbai Police, Maharashtra State Police, and the National Investigation Agency as required.
Conduct of quarterly security audits and training sessions for in-house security personnel across all Mumbai facilities.
Representation at industry security forums and liaison with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, for compliance matters.

3. Payment Terms

The total amount as per this Quotation Estimate shall be payable as follows: 25% advance upon execution of the service agreement, 50% payable in two equal quarterly installments, and the remaining 25% upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Sovereign Security & Defence Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai. Invoices shall be raised in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations of India.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
The Military Officer shall operate under the direct supervision of the Client's Chief Security Officer while maintaining operational independence in tactical decision-making.
All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the Arms Act, 1959; the Maharashtra Police Act; and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The Client shall provide a dedicated office space, parking, and reasonable working facilities at the BKC, Mumbai premises for the Military Officer and the protection detail.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, pro-rata charges for services rendered shall be applicable.
All information, security protocols, and operational details shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be drafted and executed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The Military Officer shall not be engaged in any activity that contravenes the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, or any other statute in force in India.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and indicates acceptance of the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer and associated security services in India Mumbai.
