Thank you for your inquiry regarding the engagement of a Military Officer for your corporate security and advisory operations in Indonesia Jakarta. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with your requirements and reflects our standard rates for providing qualified retired military personnel for executive protection, facility security oversight, and operational advisory services within the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.

Scope of Services

This Quotation Estimate covers the deployment of a retired Military Officer (minimum rank: Letnan Kolonel / Lieutenant Colonel, TNI-AD or equivalent) to provide the following services at your Jakarta headquarters and associated sites in Indonesia Jakarta:

Executive protection and close personal security for C-suite personnel

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
The Military Officer engaged under this quotation shall be a verified retired officer of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service and a clean disciplinary record.
All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Indonesian law, including but not limited to the National Security Law, the Private Security Services Act, and local Jakarta municipal regulations.
PT Nusantara Security & Advisory Group shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage of no less than IDR 5,000,000,000 for all personnel deployed in Indonesia Jakarta.
The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Military Officer with equivalent rank and qualifications upon thirty (30) days written notice, at no additional cost.
All costs are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any international transfer fees shall be borne by the client.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
Confidentiality: All operational details, threat assessments, and client information shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Jakarta region (flooding, volcanic activity), shall be addressed per the terms of the formal agreement.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).

Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of a Military Officer in Indonesia Jakarta. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as authorization to proceed with the formal Service Agreement drafting.
