The Military Officer holds a Master's degree in Strategic Security Studies from the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan and is fully licensed under the Ivorian Ministry of Interior's private security regulatory framework (Arrêté n° 2018-0342/MID). Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable mobilization fee of 15% (27,647,400 XOF) due within ten (10) business days of contract signature; the remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Securitas Abidjan Consultancy Ltd. at Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire, Abidjan branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivorian commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Military Officer are subject to re-evaluation.
The engagement of the Military Officer is subject to a comprehensive background verification, medical fitness certification, and approval by the Ivorian Ministry of Interior's Directorate of Private Security.
All operations will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including the Code de la Sécurité Privée and applicable military service regulations for retired officers.
Securitas Abidjan Consultancy Ltd. shall maintain full professional liability insurance (minimum coverage: 500,000,000 XOF) for the duration of the contract, with the client named as an additional insured party.
Confidentiality: All intelligence reports, threat assessments, and operational plans generated by the Military Officer during the engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a penalty of 20% of the remaining contract value shall apply.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions within the Ivory Coast.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Centre Arbitral de l'Abidjan (CAA) in Abidjan.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the specified Military Officer in Ivory Coast Abidjan. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the proposal and authorizes Securitas Abidjan Consultancy Ltd. to commence the onboarding and regulatory approval process for the Military Officer.
