The Military Officer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall serve as the primary security authority for all diplomatic and governmental activities conducted within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area. Specific duties include but are not limited to: conducting daily security sweeps of designated facilities in Osaka; maintaining a 24/7 operational readiness posture; coordinating with the Japan Osaka Metropolitan Police Bureau on joint security operations; preparing and updating threat matrices for the Kansai region; and providing direct security escort for visiting dignitaries during their stay in Japan Osaka. The Military Officer shall report directly to the client's Tokyo-based command while maintaining a permanent operational base in Osaka.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or operational cost changes in Japan Osaka.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution; 30% upon completion of month six; 30% upon final delivery and acceptance at the end of the 12-month service period. All payments in Japanese Yen via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annex.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract is classified as "Confidential – Diplomatic." The Military Officer and all supporting personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements compliant with Japanese law and the client's internal security regulations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters (including earthquakes common to the Japan Osaka region), acts of war, government sanctions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Military Officer's remaining compensation shall be prorated, and all government-issued equipment in Japan Osaka shall be returned to the client.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Osaka, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- Compliance: The Military Officer shall comply with all Japanese national security regulations, the Self-Defense Force retention guidelines applicable to retired personnel, and all local ordinances of the City of Osaka and Osaka Prefecture.
