The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in Kuwait Kuwait City:

• Conduct weekly threat assessments and risk analyses specific to the Kuwait Kuwait City operational theatre, including route surveys, venue security audits, and intelligence briefings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Operational Security Plan (OPSEC) for all official movements, public appearances, and diplomatic engagements within Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Coordinate with Kuwaiti Armed Forces, Kuwait National Guard, and local police units to ensure seamless interoperability during high-profile events.
• Deliver monthly tactical training and refresher courses to the client's in-house security detail, conducted at the Directorate General facility in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Prepare and submit detailed after-action reports and incident documentation to the client's chain of command on a weekly basis.
• Advise on force protection measures for temporary installations, mobile command posts, and emergency response scenarios in the Kuwait Kuwait City area.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes and levies as prescribed by the State of Kuwait. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of each month's service delivery.

6. Meridian Defence & Security Consultancy LLC shall maintain full professional indemnity and public liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
