This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the client's formal request for the professional engagement of a Military Officer to provide strategic security advisory, operational planning, and executive protection coordination services within the metropolitan area of Mexico, Mexico City. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Mexico, Mexico City.
- The Military Officer assigned to this engagement shall be vetted in accordance with the protocols established by the Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA) and shall present all required clearances prior to commencing duties in Mexico City.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in strict compliance with Mexican federal law, the regulations of the Ciudad de México, and applicable international standards for private security operations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, with the remaining 70% payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account designated by Grupo Estratégico de Seguridad Militar, S.A. de C.V.
