4. Terms & Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-verification of all rates and availability of Military Officer personnel.
2. All Military Officer personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate must hold valid security clearances approved by the relevant Myanmar Yangon defense authorities prior to commencing duties.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the sixth month, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all program milestones.
4. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, specifically those governing military personnel deployment in the Yangon Region.
5. Any modification, extension, or cancellation of this Quotation Estimate must be documented in writing and signed by both authorized parties. Verbal agreements shall not constitute a valid amendment.
6. The Military Officer personnel engaged under this program are subject to the code of conduct and disciplinary framework established by the contracting authority in Myanmar Yangon.
7. Taxes, duties, and levies applicable under Myanmar national law are included in the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise stated.
