- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- All services shall be performed by the designated Military Officer or, in the event of unavoidable absence, by a pre-approved deputy of equivalent rank and qualification, with prior written consent from the client.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of the Security Operations Plan, and 30% upon successful completion of the training program. Monthly advisory fees shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month.
- All operations will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal, including the Nepal Army Act, the Arms Act, and all applicable Kathmandu Metropolitan City regulations.
- The Military Officer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all security plans, threat assessments, and operational details pertaining to the client's facilities in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, monsoon flooding), political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Kathmandu, shall suspend service delivery without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorized representatives.
