This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Defence & Security Solutions B.V. to provide a comprehensive, itemised financial overview for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to deliver executive protection, security advisory, and operational planning services within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area. All rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are valid for a twelve (12) month engagement period commencing on the date of contract execution. This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating hours (07:00–19:00 CET) within the Netherlands Amsterdam area. Overtime, weekend, or holiday work will be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Military Officer engaged under this quotation is a self-employed contractor of Amsterdam Defence & Security Solutions B.V. and shall not be deemed an employee of the client.
- All operations conducted in Netherlands Amsterdam shall comply with the Dutch Security Companies Act (Wet toezicht beveiligingsorganisaties), the Dutch Criminal Code, and all applicable municipal ordinances of the Gemeente Amsterdam.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee is due in advance on the 1st of each month; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur interest at 1.5% per month as per Dutch commercial law.
- The client agrees to provide reasonable access to premises, personnel, and operational information necessary for the Military Officer to perform duties effectively within the Netherlands Amsterdam operational theatre.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- Amsterdam Defence & Security Solutions B.V. maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than €5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than €2,500,000, both valid throughout the Netherlands.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional personnel, specialised equipment beyond what is listed, travel outside the 40-kilometre Amsterdam radius, or any legal fees arising from third-party claims.
- All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch UAVG.
