This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in response to the formal request for professional services pertaining to the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to support operational, advisory, and coordination functions within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area.   • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and terms are subject to review and potential adjustment.
  • Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month.
  • Security Clearance: The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a current New Zealand Security Clearance at the Top Secret (TS) level, as required for access to all defence facilities in New Zealand Wellington.
  • Confidentiality: All information, documents, and operational details shared during the course of this engagement are classified and shall be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Official Secrets Act 1952 and NZDF security protocols.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata payment for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due.
  • Compliance: The Military Officer shall comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Defence Act 1990, the Public Finance Act 1989, and all local bylaws of the Wellington City Council.
  • Insurance: The service provider maintains comprehensive public liability insurance of not less than NZD $20,000,000, valid throughout the New Zealand Wellington region and all exercise locations.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 1945, with jurisdiction in Wellington.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters (including earthquakes, tsunamis, or volcanic activity), acts of war, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in New Zealand Wellington.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer in New Zealand Wellington.
