This Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment structure:
- 30% Advance Payment (₦ 11,626,125): Due upon execution of the service agreement and prior to the Military Officer's deployment to Nigeria Abuja.
- 25% Milestone Payment (₦ 9,688,437.50): Due at the completion of the third (3rd) month of active service delivery.
- 25% Milestone Payment (₦ 9,688,437.50): Due at the completion of the sixth (6th) month of active service delivery.
- 20% Final Payment (₦ 7,750,750): Due upon successful completion of the twelfth (12th) month and submission of the final annual audit report.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Military Officer engaged under this arrangement shall operate strictly within the legal framework of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and shall comply with all directives issued by the Federal Capital Territory Administration and relevant security agencies in Nigeria Abuja.
- Apex Security & Defence Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with a qualified equivalent of the same or higher rank, subject to prior written notification to the client.
- All services rendered shall be conducted with the highest degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to the code of conduct governing military personnel in Nigeria.
- Any scope modification, extension of service duration, or additional operational requirements beyond those stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment and revised pricing.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) incorporating all terms herein.
