1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate is issued by SecureForce Advisory & Security Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. in response to the formal request received from Meridian Corporate Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. for the professional engagement of a qualified Military Officer to provide executive security, strategic advisory, and operational oversight services within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Islamabad. This document outlines the complete financial breakdown, scope of duties, contractual obligations, and terms governing the proposed engagement. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – MILITARY OFFICER ENGAGEMENT

The proposed Military Officer is a retired Lieutenant Colonel (Army) with over twenty-two years of active service, including deployments in counter-insurgency operations, diplomatic protection, and corporate security management. The Military Officer will be stationed at the client's primary office in Pakistan Islamabad and will perform the following duties:

Executive and VIP security planning, risk assessment, and threat analysis for senior leadership within Pakistan Islamabad.
Development and implementation of comprehensive security protocols for corporate premises, including access control, surveillance coordination, and emergency response planning.
Strategic advisory to the Board of Directors on security posture, force protection, and crisis management specific to the Pakistan Islamabad operational theatre.
Coordination with the Islamabad Police, Frontier Corps, and relevant federal security agencies as required by law.
Training and supervision of on-site security personnel (up to 20 guards) deployed across client facilities in Pakistan Islamabad.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.

4.2 The Military Officer shall operate under the direct operational authority of the client's Chief Security Officer while maintaining professional independence in threat assessment and security recommendations.

4.3 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of services, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period.

4.4 The engagement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.

4.5 The Military Officer is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all operational details, client information, and security protocols specific to Pakistan Islamabad operations.

4.6 Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, pro-rata charges for services rendered shall apply.

4.7 SecureForce Advisory & Security Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than PKR 50,000,000 covering all activities conducted in Pakistan Islamabad.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the specified Military Officer in Pakistan Islamabad. Upon countersignature by both parties, this document shall constitute a binding service agreement.
