All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Sindh Police Ordinance, and the relevant regulations governing private security operations in Pakistan Karachi.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to re-evaluation and may be revised to reflect current conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon commencement of the Military Officer's engagement, and the remaining 30% to be paid in equal monthly installments over the contract duration.
- The Military Officer shall operate under the direct supervision and authority of the client's designated security manager while remaining contractually bound to Apex Security & Defence Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd.
- All operations conducted by the Military Officer within Pakistan Karachi shall strictly adhere to the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2019, and any amendments thereto, as well as local Sindh Police directives.
- The client agrees to provide a secure workspace, necessary access to premises, and all logistical support required for the Military Officer to perform duties effectively in the Karachi operational theatre.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All information, plans, and operational details shared during the engagement of the Military Officer shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer in Pakistan Karachi.
