- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all Military Officer rates and availability.
- All Military Officer personnel assigned under this estimate shall hold current security clearances appropriate for operations within Saint Petersburg, Russia, and shall comply with all applicable federal and municipal regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon midpoint delivery of services, and 20% upon final acceptance and submission of the closing operational report.
- The client reserves the right to request substitution of any Military Officer personnel with equivalent rank and qualification, subject to written approval by the Northwestern Military Advisory Group.
- All services rendered in Saint Petersburg, Russia shall adhere to the Federal Law on Military Service and applicable local ordinances. The Quotation Estimate does not include costs for government-issued permits or special operational authorisations, which shall be borne by the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions within Saint Petersburg, shall suspend obligations under this estimate without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: All operational details, personnel rosters, and strategic plans shared under this Quotation Estimate engagement are classified and shall not be disclosed to third parties without mutual written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the Saint Petersburg Arbitration Court.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer only upon full written acceptance by both parties and execution of the definitive service contract.
