The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful deployment of the Military Officer in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, and the remaining 30% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month contract period.
4.3 All services rendered by the Military Officer shall be conducted in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Anti-Terrorism Law, the Cyber Crime Law, and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Interior.
4.4 GSAG reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with an equally qualified individual of the same or higher rank, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 The client agrees to provide the Military Officer with reasonable access to all client facilities, documents, and operational areas within Saudi Arabia Jeddah necessary to perform the duties outlined in Section 2.
4.6 Any additional services, extended deployments, or scope modifications beyond the parameters of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary cost assessment.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
Important Note: The Military Officer assigned under this Quotation Estimate will operate under the jurisdiction of the Jeddah Security Directorate. All operational plans, patrol routes, and security protocols will be pre-approved by the relevant Saudi authorities prior to implementation.
