This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Riyadh Defense & Security Consultancy LLC to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to deliver advisory, operational planning, and security coordination services within the city of Saudi Arabia Riyadh and its surrounding metropolitan areas. The Military Officer proposed for this engagement holds a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of active and reserve service experience, including senior command positions in armored infantry, joint operations, and strategic security planning. The officer has completed advanced certifications from the Saudi Military Academy, the U.S. Army War College, and the NATO Defense College, making them uniquely qualified to support the operational requirements of the client in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

- This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and availability of the proposed Military Officer are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the service agreement.
- The Military Officer shall operate in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and security protocols of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the directives issued by the Ministry of Interior and the National Security Authority in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All information, documents, and operational plans developed under this engagement shall be classified as strictly confidential. The Military Officer and all supporting personnel shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or acts of war, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Military Officer to provide security advisory and operational services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
