- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and operational cost adjustments in Senegal Dakar.
- The Military Officer named in the final contract shall be subject to a comprehensive background verification, security clearance, and medical fitness assessment conducted in accordance with Senegalese national defence regulations and applicable international standards.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 25% upon contract execution, 50% upon completion of the first six-month milestone, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and training materials. All payments shall be made in XOF via wire transfer to the designated account of West African Security & Defence Consultants Ltd., Dakar, Senegal.
- All services rendered by the Military Officer shall be conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal, the UN Charter, and applicable ECOWAS protocols governing military cooperation in the West African sub-region.
- Confidentiality: All operational plans, threat assessments, and strategic documents produced under this engagement are classified as RESTRICTED. The Military Officer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing duties in Senegal Dakar.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from acts of God, civil unrest, government sanctions, or changes in the security posture of the Dakar region that render performance impossible or impracticable.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the West African Court of Justice. If mediation fails, arbitration shall be conducted under the OHADA arbitration rules.
- Taxes: All applicable Senegalese value-added tax (TVA) at 18% is excluded from the figures above and shall be added to the final invoice. Withholding tax, if applicable under Senegalese fiscal code, shall be the responsibility of the contracting authority.
