- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Military Officer programme may be subject to revision based on prevailing Singapore Singapore market conditions and government procurement regulations.
- All costs are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable Singapore Singapore statutory requirements. The 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore is applied as shown.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Basic Military Officer Leadership Course, and the remaining 30% upon final certification of the Military Officer and completion of all training modules.
- The Military Officer candidate must meet all physical, psychological, and security clearance requirements as stipulated by the Singapore Singapore Ministry of Defence. Failure to meet any criterion may result in programme termination, and only pro-rated costs for completed modules shall be invoiced.
- All training activities for the Military Officer shall be conducted exclusively within Singapore Singapore territory, at approved defence facilities. No portion of this programme shall be outsourced to foreign jurisdictions without prior written consent from the Singapore Singapore Ministry of Defence.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Quotation Estimate and all subsequent training records pertaining to the Military Officer are classified as OFFICIAL – SINGAPORE SINGAPORE DEFENCE. Unauthorized disclosure is a criminal offence under the Official Secrets Act (Cap. 213) of Singapore Singapore.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by acts of God, government directives, national emergencies, or any event beyond reasonable control within Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorised representative of the Singapore Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Singapore Defence Consulting Pte. Ltd. management.
- Any amendments to the scope of the Military Officer programme must be documented in a formal Variation Order and signed by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
