- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, and operational cost adjustments within South Africa Johannesburg.
- The Military Officer engaged under this quotation shall operate in strict compliance with the Private Security Industry Regulation Act (PSIRA), the South African National Defence Force Act, and all applicable municipal by-laws governing security operations in the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
- All services shall be rendered within the geographical boundaries of South Africa Johannesburg, including but not limited to the CBD, Sandton, Rosebank, Fourways, and the broader Gauteng metropolitan area. Travel beyond a 50-kilometre radius from Sandton will be billed at R 18.50 per kilometre.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee is due on the 1st of each month, and the remaining 50% is due on the 15th. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as prescribed by the National Credit Act.
- The Military Officer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest declaration prior to commencing duties. All operational plans, client data, and security protocols remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata fee for the notice period shall apply.
- Sentinel Command Security Group (Pty) Ltd shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than R 10,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of R 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in South Africa Johannesburg.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the engagement contract in writing.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
