This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: a 30% advance payment upon execution of the service agreement, 50% payable at the midpoint of the engagement (month six), and the remaining 20% due within fourteen (14) days of the final month's service delivery. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Head Office. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Military Officer shall operate strictly within the legal framework of the Sri Lanka Police Act, the Arms Ordinance, and the Private Security Services regulations issued by the Ministry of Defence.
- The client shall provide a secure, air-conditioned workspace at the Colombo 03 premises for the officer's administrative duties and briefing sessions.
- Any services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be billed separately at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed in writing.
- Both parties agree to a mutual non-disclosure clause. All operational details, threat assessments, and security protocols developed during the engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo shall remain strictly confidential.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995.
- The Military Officer shall maintain personal liability insurance of not less than LKR 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
