This Quotation Estimate is submitted in response to the formal request for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to provide comprehensive security advisory, threat assessment, and operational coordination services at the designated facility in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The Military Officer shall serve as the principal security authority on-site, overseeing all protective operations, liaison with the Tanzania People's Defence Force (TPDF) and the Tanzania Police Force, and ensuring compliance with international security protocols applicable to diplomatic and intergovernmental premises.
The Military Officer shall hold a minimum rank of Major (or equivalent) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service experience, including at least five (5) years in a security advisory or protective detail capacity. 4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
4.2 The Military Officer shall be bound by strict confidentiality agreements and shall not disclose any operational details, client information, or security protocols to any third party without written authorization from the client.
4.3 The engagement of the Military Officer is subject to successful completion of background verification, medical fitness certification, and clearance by the relevant Tanzanian authorities, including the National Intelligence Service (NIS) and the Ministry of Defence and National Service.
4.4 Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of invoice submission. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month.
4.5 The client reserves the right to terminate this Quotation Estimate engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all costs incurred up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
4.6 The Military Officer shall comply with all applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, including the Arms and Ammunition Act, the Immigration and Emigration Act, and all regulations governing foreign personnel operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
4.7 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tanzania Centre for Arbitration, seated in Dar es Salaam.
