- Event Security Command: On-site command and coordination of security operations for corporate summits, government delegations, and large-scale public events held in Dubai, ensuring compliance with Dubai Police and Federal Authority regulations.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Monthly strategic security reports, after-action reviews, and long-term security posture recommendations tailored to the evolving security landscape of the United Arab Emirates and the broader Gulf region.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% payable at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Emirates Strategic Security & Advisory Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per United Arab Emirates commercial law.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the specified Military Officer are subject to revision.
5.2. The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid UAE residence visa, security clearance, and all necessary permits issued by the relevant United Arab Emirates authorities. ESSAG guarantees full compliance with Federal Law No. 1 of 2007 on Private Security and all Dubai-specific regulations.
5.3. The Client acknowledges that the Military Officer shall operate under the direct operational authority of the Client's designated security director while remaining contractually bound to ESSAG.
5.4. All information, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement are classified as confidential and proprietary to the Client. ESSAG and the Military Officer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement of services.
5.5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
5.6. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
5.7. ESSAG reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with a candidate of equivalent or superior rank and experience, subject to prior written approval by the Client.
By signing below, the Client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Military Officer in United Arab Emirates Dubai, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and cost structures outlined herein.
