- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability are subject to revision without prior notice.
- All services will be performed by a credentialed Military Officer holding a valid California Private Patrol Operator (PPO) license and a current Los Angeles County security registration. Proof of licensure will be provided upon request.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) business days of service completion. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
- The Military Officer reserves the right to decline or modify any assignment that presents an unreasonable risk to personal safety or conflicts with professional ethical standards as defined by the U.S. military code of conduct.
- All operations within the United States Los Angeles jurisdiction will be conducted in strict compliance with the California Penal Code, Los Angeles Municipal Code, and any applicable federal regulations. The client assumes responsibility for any permits or local approvals required for specific engagements.
- Confidentiality: All information obtained during the course of service delivery shall be treated as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or other events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events common to the Los Angeles region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the Military Officer and the client organization.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any resulting services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
