Pacific Rim Security & Advisory Group Co., Ltd. is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the deployment of a qualified Military Officer to provide comprehensive executive protection, security advisory, and operational oversight services at the client's logistics facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the client's request dated 28 May 2025 and reflects current market rates for specialized military-grade security personnel operating within the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area. All pricing herein is exclusive of applicable Vietnamese value-added tax (VAT) at 10%, which will be itemized separately upon final contract execution.

The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum rank of Major (or equivalent) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service in a recognized national armed forces, including at least five (5) years in a security operations or executive protection capacity. The Military Officer must possess valid clearance for operations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Pacific Rim Security & Advisory Group Co., Ltd.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing; 30% upon commencement of the Military Officer's deployment in Ho Chi Minh City; 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the company's designated bank account in Vietnam.
The Military Officer shall operate under the direct operational authority of the client's Site Security Manager while maintaining professional independence in security decision-making. The Military Officer is not an employee of the client but a contracted specialist.
All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Law on Entry and Exit, the Law on Foreign Investment, and regulations governing the employment of foreign security personnel in Ho Chi Minh City.
The client agrees to provide the Military Officer with a secure workspace, access to all relevant facility areas, and reasonable administrative support within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City premises.
Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 15% administrative closing fee.
Confidentiality: All information, threat assessments, and operational plans developed by the Military Officer in the course of this engagement in Ho Chi Minh City shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government sanctions, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This signature constitutes a request to proceed to formal contract drafting.
