The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a retired or serving officer (with appropriate clearance) holding a minimum rank of Major (or equivalent) in the Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA) or a recognized allied military force. The officer shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service experience, with demonstrated competency in tactical security planning, personnel command, and crisis management. The engagement is specifically tailored to the security landscape of Zimbabwe Harare, taking into account the unique urban, commercial, and diplomatic environments present in the capital city.

The primary duties of the Military Officer shall include, but are not limited to: conducting comprehensive security risk assessments of client premises located in Zimbabwe Harare; developing and implementing layered security protocols; providing executive protection for senior personnel; overseeing the deployment and management of contracted security personnel; delivering tactical training to client security teams; and serving as the primary liaison between the client and relevant Zimbabwean law enforcement and military authorities.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require re-issuance and may be subject to revised pricing.
• Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement; 30% upon completion of the initial security assessment in Zimbabwe Harare; and the remaining 30% payable in equal monthly installments over the engagement period.
• The Military Officer shall operate in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe Private Security Industry Act (Chapter 14:14), the Zimbabwe National Army regulations, and all applicable laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
• All operational activities of the Military Officer shall be confined to the geographical boundaries of Zimbabwe Harare and its immediate metropolitan area unless prior written authorization is granted by the client.
• SecureForce Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with an equivalent or higher-qualified officer, subject to client approval, in the event of medical leave, reassignment, or other operational necessity.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any services.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-imposed curfews, or natural disasters affecting Zimbabwe Harare, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and shall not be considered a breach of contract by either party.
• All intellectual property, security plans, and operational documentation developed under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
