3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all Musician rates and service costs are subject to revision due to market conditions in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be settled within five (5) business days following the completion of the Musician performance. Payment may be made via bank transfer to a local Argentine account or by international wire in USD.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in full payment of all Musician fees.
3.4 Performance Standards: All Musician personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are bound by professional conduct standards set by the Cámara Argentina de Músicos. Each Musician shall arrive no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled performance time at the venue in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3.5 Regulatory Compliance: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services comply with the regulations of the City of Buenos Aires (CABA) regarding public performances, noise ordinances, and labor laws of the Province of Buenos Aires and the National Capital. All necessary permits for the Musician ensemble to perform at the specified venue have been or will be obtained at no additional cost to the client.
3.6 Intellectual Property: All custom arrangements composed by the Musician team specifically for this event remain the intellectual property of Ritmo Porteño Music Services S.R.L. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record and distribute audio/video of the performance for internal corporate use only.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Buenos Aires, Argentina, or public health emergencies.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from the Musician services described herein shall be resolved in the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be rendered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature.
