1. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the Musician provider and the client for the services described herein. A signed copy of this document must be returned to Victoria Sound Collective Pty Ltd within the validity period to confirm the booking.

2. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total amount, being $4,545.20 (inclusive of GST), is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of sixty percent (60%), being $6,817.80 (inclusive of GST), is payable within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of the event. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) days prior will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event date will forfeit the full deposit. The Musician reserves the right to reschedule or reassign personnel in the event of unforeseen illness or emergency, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

4. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable stage area (minimum 4m x 3m), adequate power supply (240V, 15A dedicated circuits), and climate-controlled environment for the Musician and instruments. The Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne, has been confirmed as meeting these requirements. Any additional technical requirements will be communicated by the Musician no later than seven (7) days before the event.

5. Intellectual Property: All custom arrangements and compositions created specifically for this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Musician. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recorded audio for internal corporate purposes only. Any public broadcast, streaming, or commercial distribution of the recordings requires a separate written licence agreement.

6. Insurance & Liability: The Musician carries public liability insurance of $20,000,000 AUD, compliant with Australian and Victorian state regulations. The client is advised to confirm that their own event insurance policy covers third-party performers. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the engagement.

7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Small Claims Tribunal or, where applicable, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, pandemics, or acts of God, as defined under Australian contract law.
