The following services are encompassed within this Quotation Estimate for the Musician engagement in Australia Sydney:

• Live Performance: A professional Musician (solo or ensemble, as specified) shall perform at the client-designated venue within Australia Sydney for a duration of up to four (4) hours, including sound check and setup time.
• Recording Session: Studio recording services by the Musician at a licensed recording facility in Australia Sydney, including up to three (3) hours of tracked recording and one (1) hour of overdubbing.
• Composition & Arrangement: Custom composition or arrangement of up to two (2) original musical pieces tailored to the client's event or project requirements.
• Rehearsal & Preparation: Pre-event rehearsal time of up to two (2) hours to ensure the Musician is fully prepared for the performance in Australia Sydney.
• Technical Support: Provision of the Musician's own instruments, amplification, and basic stage equipment. Venue-provided PA systems and backline are excluded unless otherwise noted.

All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is included in the total as required by the Australian Taxation Office for registered businesses operating in Australia Sydney.

• A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount ($1,798.50 incl. GST) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's availability.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Sydney Musician Collective Pty Ltd, or by EFTPOS at the time of service delivery.
• Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Musician services in Australia Sydney may be subject to revision.
• The Musician reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate.
• Client cancellations more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• The Musician shall comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including those enforced by SafeWork NSW, for all events held in Australia Sydney.
• Intellectual property rights for any custom compositions created under this Quotation Estimate shall be jointly owned by the Musician and the client, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia Sydney, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
