4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Musician are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's date. The remaining 50% balance is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the event, by bank transfer to the studio's Belgian bank account (IBAN: BE68 5390 0754 7034).
- The Musician reserves the right to reschedule or cancel in the event of documented illness or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued within ten (10) business days.
- All performances by the Musician are covered by the studio's professional liability insurance (policy no. BE-INS-2025-8841) valid throughout Belgium Brussels and the wider Flemish and Walloon regions.
- The client agrees to provide the Musician with a suitable performance space, adequate lighting, and a grand or upright piano (if not supplied by the venue) at the agreed location in Belgium Brussels no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Any additional requests beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extra songs, extended sets, additional musicians) will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brussels, Belgium Brussels.
- The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions and arrangements. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recorded audio summary for internal corporate purposes only.
