- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing, availability of the Musician ensemble, and logistical arrangements are subject to revision.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated amount, equivalent to R$ 17,199.00, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Musician team's availability for the specified date in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the formal invoice (Nota Fiscal).
- All Musician performers are independent contractors of Rio Beats Music Services Ltda. and are covered under the professional liability insurance policy referenced in item 10 of this estimate.
- Any changes to the event schedule, venue location within Rio de Janeiro, or modifications to the performance setlist must be communicated in writing no fewer than seven (7) days before the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute alterations.
- The Musician ensemble is entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours of setup and soundcheck time prior to the first performance window. The venue must provide adequate power supply (220V, 60Hz) and a flat, level stage area of no less than 6m x 4m.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional performances beyond the three scheduled windows (Cocktail Hour: 19:00–20:30, Dinner Background: 21:00–22:30, Closing Set: 23:00–00:00). Overtime rates for the Musician team are R$ 1,200.00 per hour for the full ensemble.
- All services are governed by the Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil – Lei 10.406/2002) and applicable municipal regulations of Rio de Janeiro. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
- Rio Beats Music Services Ltda. reserves the right to substitute any individual Musician member of the ensemble in the event of illness or force majeure, provided that the substitute meets or exceeds the original performer's qualifications and experience level.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until both parties have signed the definitive service agreement and the initial deposit has been received.
