1. Validity of Quotation: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates for the Musician services listed herein are subject to revision based on current availability and market conditions in Canada Vancouver.

2. Payment Schedule: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated amount, being $1,585.50 CAD, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of $1,585.50 CAD shall be paid within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the Musician performance. All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic transfer to the account designated by Harmony West Music Services Inc.

3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client need to cancel the Musician engagement, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total quoted amount will apply if notice is given more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will result in the full deposit being non-refundable. This policy applies to all Musician bookings within Canada Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland region.

4. Scheduling and Availability: The Musician team's availability is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed service agreement. Harmony West Music Services Inc. reserves the right to substitute a Musician of equivalent skill and experience should the originally assigned performer become unavailable due to illness or emergency. The client will be notified no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the event.

5. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space at the Canada Vancouver venue, including adequate power outlets, a flat stage or platform area of minimum 4 metres by 3 metres, and a clear line of sight for the audience. The Musician team will bring all instruments, amplification equipment, and microphones required for the performance.

6. Reproduction Rights: Any audio or video recordings made of the Musician performance during the event are the property of the client for personal and internal corporate use only. Commercial distribution, streaming, or public broadcasting of the recordings requires a separate written license agreement with Harmony West Music Services Inc.

7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, Canada, before proceeding to litigation.

8. Additional Services: Should the client require extended performance hours, additional Musician personnel, or supplementary services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate, a revised quotation will be issued at the standard hourly rates applicable to the Canada Vancouver market. No additional services will be rendered without prior written authorization from the client.
