The Musician will provide the following services as part of this Quotation Estimate for the corporate gala event scheduled for 22 August 2025 at the Hotel Sheraton Miraflores, Santiago, Chile:
- Live acoustic and amplified musical performance (solo and ensemble) for a duration of four (4) hours, including two (2) intermission breaks of fifteen (15) minutes each.
- Pre-event sound check and technical rehearsal at the venue, scheduled for 14:00 hrs on the day of the event in Chile Santiago.
- Customized musical setlist tailored to the corporate theme, incorporating Chilean traditional music (chileana), contemporary Latin jazz, and international standards as requested by the client.
- Coordination with the venue's technical production team for audio-visual integration, microphone placement, and stage lighting cues.
- One (1) private rehearsal session at the Musician's studio in Providencia, Santiago, Chile, to be conducted no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the event.

As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, the Musician requests the following payment schedule to be honored by the client:
- 50% advance payment (CLP $1,130,500) due within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be transferred via bank wire to the Musician's account at Banco de Chile, Santiago branch.
- 50% balance payment (CLP $1,130,500) due within three (3) business days following the successful completion of the live performance in Chile Santiago.
- All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial obligations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- The Musician guarantees professional attendance and performance. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-mandated closure, or documented medical emergency), the Musician will reschedule the performance at no additional cost within sixty (60) days.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable stage area (minimum 4m x 3m), power supply (220V, 15A), and basic stage furniture (stools, music stands) at the venue in Santiago, Chile.
- All intellectual property rights to the custom-composed arrangements remain with the Musician. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record the live performance for internal corporate use only.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
- The Musician shall comply with all applicable labor, tax, and performance regulations in Chile Santiago, including but not limited to SII (Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales) invoicing requirements.
