The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a professional Musician in Colombia, Bogotá:

2.1 Lead Musician Performance

Engagement of a senior-level Musician (pianist and vocalist) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in corporate and formal event settings. The Musician will perform a curated repertoire of classical, jazz, and contemporary Colombian compositions spanning a total of four (4) hours, divided into two (2) sets of two (2) hours each, with a thirty-minute intermission. The Musician will arrive at the venue in Colombia, Bogotá no later than ninety (90) minutes prior to the first set for soundcheck and stage preparation.

2.2 Accompanying Musician (Optional Add-On)

Should the client elect to include a second Musician (string quartet: two violins, one viola, one cello), the additional cost is itemized in Section 4 below. This add-on is optional and does not form part of the base Quotation Estimate unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the client.

2.3 Technical and Logistical Support

All sound reinforcement, stage lighting, and instrument tuning services required for the Musician's performance in Colombia, Bogotá are included. This encompasses a professional grand piano (Yamaha C3 or equivalent), a wireless vocal microphone system, a compact PA system calibrated for the Hotel Estelar ballroom, and a dedicated stage technician present throughout the event. Travel and accommodation for the Musician and technical crew within the Bogotá metropolitan area are covered under this Quotation Estimate.

If the client wishes to expand the musical ensemble beyond the single Musician specified in the base Quotation Estimate, the following optional line item applies. This add-on is not included in the grand total above and will be invoiced separately upon written confirmation:

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 50% Advance Payment: Due within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. This deposit secures the Musician's availability and covers instrument reservation in Colombia, Bogotá.
• 40% Interim Payment: Due fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event date (i.e., by August 8, 2025).
• 10% Final Payment: Due within three (3) business days following the successful completion of the performance.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Sound Productions S.A.S. (Bancolombia, Account No. 001-789-456-12, NIT 901.234.567-8). A formal invoice (Factura Electrónica) compliant with the DIAN regulations of Colombia will be issued for each payment tranche.

Should the client need to cancel or reschedule the event for which this Quotation Estimate was prepared, the following schedule applies:

• Cancellation more than thirty (30) days before the event: 100% refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellation between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days before the event: 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellation fewer than fifteen (15) days before the event: No refund. The Musician and technical crew have already committed their schedules in Colombia, Bogotá.

Rescheduling is permitted once, provided the new date falls within ninety (90) days of the original event date and the Musician's availability is confirmed in writing.
