- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, with the remaining 50% due within seven (7) business days following the successful completion of the event.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Rhythm & Sound Entertainment Ltd., Bank of the Congo, Kinshasa branch.
- The Musician and supporting ensemble are required to arrive at the venue no later than 18:00 hours on the day of the event for final sound checks and staging.
- The client agrees to provide a secure, climate-controlled green room and adequate parking for the performance team and equipment vehicles within the DR Congo Kinshasa venue premises.
- Any changes to the setlist, performance duration, or scope of services must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the event date. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in DR Congo Kinshasa), either party may cancel or reschedule the engagement without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours of the triggering event.
- All intellectual property rights to the custom-composed piece (Item 5) shall be jointly owned by the Musician and the client, with mutual written consent required for any commercial reproduction or public broadcast.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The executed agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
