All services described herein will be delivered within the city of Egypt Alexandria, specifically at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Grand Hall and its adjacent reception areas. The Musician engagement covers pre-production rehearsals, live performance, sound coordination, and post-event debriefing as detailed in the line items below.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices, particularly those related to Musician availability and venue logistics in Egypt Alexandria, are subject to revision.
Payment terms: 50% advance deposit (EGP 85,585.50) due within seven (7) business days of written acceptance to secure the Musician's calendar. The remaining 50% (EGP 85,585.50) is due within fourteen (14) days following the successful completion of the event.
All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to Alexandria Sound & Arts Entertainment Co., National Bank of Egypt, Branch: Smouha, Egypt Alexandria. Account No. 0048-2291-7734.
The Musician and ensemble are contractually bound to a non-compete clause for a 48-hour window before and after the event date within a 15-kilometre radius of the venue in Egypt Alexandria.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event incur a 20% fee. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, as the Musician will have committed to this engagement and declined alternative bookings in Egypt Alexandria.
Force majeure: In the event of government-mandated closures, severe weather affecting the Corniche area of Egypt Alexandria, or any civil emergency declared by local authorities, this Quotation Estimate may be suspended or rescheduled at no additional cost to either party, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
All intellectual property rights in the original compositions performed by the Musician remain with the performing artists. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the post-event audio recording for internal corporate communications only.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance deposit has been received in full.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt Alexandria.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in full, that all Musician service descriptions are understood, and that the pricing structure for the engagement in Egypt Alexandria is accepted without reservation.
