1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician performance in Addis Ababa.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will be charged in full.
4. Musician Availability: The specific Musician professionals listed in this Quotation Estimate are reserved for the client upon receipt of the deposit. In the event of illness or unavoidable absence, an equivalent-qualified Musician replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
5. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with adequate power supply (minimum 15 kW), stage access, and a green room for the Musician team. Our technical team will conduct a site survey at no charge prior to the event.
6. Intellectual Property: All original compositions and arrangements created under this Quotation Estimate remain the property of Harmony Sound Productions PLC. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded performance for internal corporate purposes only.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
