3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Musician reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in availability, material costs, or regulatory requirements in France Marseille.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due upon acceptance and signature. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the Musician's performance in France Marseille. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the Musician.

3.4 Intellectual Property: All original compositions created by the Musician under this Quotation Estimate shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
