Cancellation within seven (7) days will result in full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
• Musician Availability: The Musician named in this Quotation Estimate is confirmed subject to a written contract. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, an equally qualified substitute Musician of comparable caliber will be provided at no additional cost.
• Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space, adequate power supply (minimum 2,200W), and a grand or upright piano if the Musician opts to use the venue's instrument.
