• Late Payment: Overdue amounts shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 8% per annum above the ECB base rate, in accordance with § 288 BGB (German Civil Code).

Should the client wish to cancel or reschedule the Musician engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the following schedule applies: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event date in Germany Frankfurt incurs no charge beyond the deposit. Cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior results in a 50% fee on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation fewer than 30 days prior, or a no-show, results in the full Quotation Estimate total being invoiced. Force majeure events (including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health restrictions in Frankfurt am Main) shall be handled on a case-by-case basis with mutual written agreement.

• This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
• All musical compositions performed by the Musician are subject to German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz). The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to record and distribute audio/video of the performance for internal corporate use only. Public broadcasting or commercial distribution requires separate written consent and payment of applicable GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte) performance royalties.
• The Musician reserves the right to refuse performance if the venue in Germany Frankfurt does not meet the minimum technical specifications outlined in the attached rider (sound levels, stage dimensions, power supply).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The Musician's acceptance is subject to final confirmation of venue access, power availability, and compliance with the Frankfurt am Main event permit (Versammlungsstättenverordnung).
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have jurisdiction.
