This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the engagement of a professional Musician in Germany Munich. - Live Performance: The Musician shall deliver a minimum of two (2) sets of 45 minutes each, with a 15-minute interval, at the designated venue in Munich, Germany. The repertoire will be agreed upon in writing no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event date.
- Sound Check & Rehearsal: One (1) hour of sound check at the venue in Munich, Germany, to be conducted by the Musician and the venue's technical team. This ensures optimal audio quality for the Musician's instruments and vocal delivery.
- Equipment Provision: The Musician will bring all personal instruments, amplification, and backing tracks. The venue in Germany Munich is responsible for providing a PA system, stage lighting, and a minimum of two (2) microphones with stands.
- Travel & Accommodation: Travel within the Munich city limits (München Stadtgebiet) is included. Travel to venues outside the Munich city boundary (e.g., Starnberg, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or Rosenheim) will be billed at €1.20 per kilometer. Accommodation in Germany Munich, if required for multi-day engagements, will be provided at a standard three-star hotel at the client's expense.
- Additional Performances: Any additional sets, extended performances, or last-minute repertoire changes requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within 48 hours.

Payment for the Musician services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA-Überweisung) to the account of Bavaria Live Entertainment GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, located in Munich, Germany. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, amounting to €1,566.64, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%), amounting to €1,566.63, shall be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Germany Munich. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate of 5 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate, in accordance with German commercial law (HGB §288).
Should the client wish to cancel or reschedule the Musician engagement in Germany Munich, the following schedule applies: Cancellation more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date incurs no charge. Cancellation between twenty-one (21) and twenty-nine (29) days prior incurs a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation between seven (7) and twenty (20) days prior incurs a fee of 50%. Cancellation within six (6) days or less of the event date, or a no-show, incurs a fee of 100% of the total amount. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Musician's availability in Germany Munich.
This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the Musician engagement in Germany Munich shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany. The Musician's performance is subject to the German Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz), the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch), and all applicable music licensing regulations administered by GEMA and GVL. The venue operator in Germany Munich is responsible for obtaining any necessary local permits (Versammlungsstättenverordnung) and ensuring compliance with the Bavarian Fire Protection Act (Bayerisches Brandschutzgesetz).
