- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Musician engagement and associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking of the Musician and secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the performance in Ghana Accra.
- All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Rhythms & Tones Entertainment Ltd. or by certified cheque. Mobile money payments are accepted for deposits only.
- The Musician and supporting ensemble are entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours of uninterrupted performance time. Any extension beyond the contracted duration will be billed at GHS 1,500.00 per additional hour.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue in Ghana Accra with adequate power supply, stage access, and security. Should the venue lack sufficient power, a generator will be arranged at an additional cost of GHS 2,500.00.
- In the event of cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event, the full deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the deposit.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Ghana Accra, will result in rescheduling at no additional cost to either party.
- All intellectual property rights to any custom compositions created by the Musician under this Quotation Estimate remain with the performing artist unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. The engagement of the Musician in Ghana Accra is subject to the terms outlined in this document.
