The Musician engagement under this Quotation Estimate includes the following deliverables and service components. The Musician shall be a professionally trained and experienced performer specializing in Indian classical, semi-classical, and contemporary fusion genres, with a minimum of ten years of stage experience in India Bangalore and across the broader Indian entertainment circuit.
- Live musical performance for a duration of four (4) hours, inclusive of two fifteen-minute interludes.
- Pre-event sound check and rehearsal at the designated venue in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, scheduled no later than two hours prior to the performance.
- Provision of all necessary musical instruments, including but not limited to a professional-grade acoustic guitar, sitar, tabla set, and auxiliary percussion instruments, as required by the performance repertoire.
- Customized setlist preparation in consultation with the client, incorporating traditional Indian classical compositions, popular Bollywood melodies, and contemporary fusion pieces appropriate for the event's theme and audience demographics in India Bangalore.
- Coordination with the venue's in-house audio-visual team to ensure optimal sound quality and stage setup at the event location within Bangalore city limits.

* All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). The above Quotation Estimate is valid for events conducted within a 50-kilometer radius of Bangalore city center, Karnataka, India. Travel beyond this radius will be subject to additional charges as per the standard Musician travel policy of MelodyCraft Entertainment.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the pricing and availability of the Musician team may be subject to revision based on market conditions and scheduling constraints in India Bangalore.
- A booking confirmation deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total amount, i.e., ₹ 83,780, shall be payable within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Musician's availability for the specified event date.
- The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%), i.e., ₹ 83,780, shall be settled no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of the performance at the venue in Bangalore, India.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of MelodyCraft Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Cash payments exceeding ₹ 50,000 are not accepted in compliance with Indian financial regulations.
- The Musician and accompanying team shall be provided with a dedicated green room or backstage area at the event venue. Adequate seating, drinking water, and basic refreshments are the responsibility of the client as outlined in Line Item 8 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Any changes to the event date, venue, or performance duration must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the event may incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total.
- MelodyCraft Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall obtain all necessary performance permits and entertainment licenses required by the local municipal authorities in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, as applicable. The client shall provide all necessary venue access permissions and coordinate with the venue management on the client's behalf.
- The Musician retains the right to refuse performance in conditions that pose a risk to personal safety or in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions in India Bangalore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document, which shall be issued upon receipt of the booking confirmation deposit.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Musician team for the event to be held in India Bangalore.
