The following Quotation Estimate outlines the complete scope of Musician services to be delivered in India Mumbai. All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable GST at 18% as per the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) regulations for entertainment services in Maharashtra.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Musician services may be revised based on market rates, availability, and seasonal demand in India Mumbai.
• A confirmed booking requires a non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total within seven (7) working days of accepting this quotation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within three (3) working days after the successful completion of the event.
• All Musician personnel assigned to this engagement will be vetted, professionally insured, and in compliance with the entertainment regulations of the Government of Maharashtra and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM).
• Any changes to the event schedule, venue location within Mumbai, or scope of musical performance must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event. Last-minute modifications may attract additional charges as per the revised Quotation Estimate.
• The Musician team shall arrive at the venue in India Mumbai a minimum of two (2) hours before the scheduled performance for sound check, stage setup, and final rehearsal.
• Client is responsible for providing adequate stage space, power supply (minimum 15-ampere dedicated circuit), and safe working conditions at the venue as per MCGM fire and safety norms.
• Intellectual property rights for any custom compositions or arrangements created under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Musician ensemble, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum.
• This quotation does not include any third-party licensing fees for copyrighted music. The client shall bear all costs associated with obtaining necessary performance licenses from the Indian Performing Right Society (IPRS) or relevant copyright holders.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-mandated lockdown, or public health emergency affecting Mumbai), both parties agree to reschedule the engagement at no additional cost within a ninety (90) day window.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
