The Musician will be responsible for curating and performing a programme that blends classical Indian ragas, contemporary Bollywood compositions, and light instrumental pieces tailored to the cultural preferences of the host family. All performances will be conducted at the venue in India New Delhi as specified below.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to changes in artist availability, venue logistics, or prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
• A confirmed booking requires a non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, i.e., ’ 145,140, to be transferred via bank transfer or RTGS to the account of Rhythms of India Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. within five (5) working days of acceptance.
• The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be payable within three (3) working days following the successful completion of the event in India New Delhi.
• The Musician and ensemble are entitled to a dedicated green room, adequate seating, drinking water, and light refreshments at the venue. These provisions are the responsibility of the client.
• Any change in the event date, venue, or scope of performance must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within seven (7) days will attract a penalty of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total.
• All performances will comply with the noise regulations and entertainment licensing requirements applicable in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary local permits or NOCs from the New Delhi Municipal Council (MCD).
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for lighting design, pyrotechnics, or additional video production unless explicitly stated in a supplementary agreement.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
• The Musician reserves the right to decline performances that involve content contrary to Indian cultural sensibilities or legal provisions under the Indian Penal Code.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and that the terms, conditions, and pricing for the Musician engagement in India New Delhi are accepted without reservation. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
