- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Iran Tehran is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tehran's entertainment sector.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Tehran.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the event incurs a 20% fee. Cancellation between 7 and 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 7 days of the event is non-refundable. The Musician's time and preparation are reserved upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance venue in Tehran that meets the technical requirements specified by the Musician team. This includes adequate stage space, power supply, and climate control.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Musician performances in Iran Tehran shall comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary event permits or licenses.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Tehran.
- Intellectual Property: All original compositions and arrangements created by the Musician(s) under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the performing Musician, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
