4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Musician services in Iraq Baghdad are subject to revision based on market conditions, availability, and currency fluctuations.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted amount is required to confirm the Musician's booking and secure the performance date in Iraq Baghdad. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the event.
4.3 The Musician and supporting performers are responsible for their own professional insurance and liability coverage while performing in Iraq Baghdad. The client is responsible for venue security, crowd management, and compliance with all local Iraqi regulations and municipal permits required for public or private musical performances.
4.4 Any changes to the event date, venue location within Iraq Baghdad, performance duration, or scope of the Musician's engagement must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event will incur a fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate value.
4.5 All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Musiqi Entertainment Group, or in US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing Central Bank of Iraq exchange rate on the date of payment.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include any applicable government taxes, entertainment licensing fees imposed by the Baghdad municipality, or additional charges for overtime performance beyond the agreed-upon duration. Such items, if applicable, will be itemized in a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
4.7 The Musician reserves the right to decline performance if the venue in Iraq Baghdad does not meet minimum safety, acoustic, or logistical requirements as communicated during the pre-event site inspection.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Iraq Baghdad and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
