• 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Musician reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in availability, travel costs within Israel Jerusalem, or market conditions.
• 2. Acceptance: The client shall confirm acceptance of this Quotation Estimate in writing (email or signed copy) no later than 15 July 2025. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement between the Musician and the client shall be executed.
• 3. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (ILS 15,670.40) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (ILS 23,505.60) shall be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days following the successful completion of the event in Israel Jerusalem.
• 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than thirty (30) days before the event date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation between thirty (30) and seven (7) days prior shall incur a 50% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within seven (7) days shall result in full payment of the total amount.
• 5. Musician Availability: The Musician and all ensemble members guarantee their availability for the specified event date. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, the Musician shall provide a qualified substitute of equal or superior caliber at no additional cost to the client.
• 6. Venue Requirements: The client shall provide a suitable stage area (minimum 6m x 4m), adequate lighting, and access to a dedicated power supply. The Musician is responsible for all instruments, music stands, and personal equipment.
• 7. Intellectual Property: All original compositions and arrangements created specifically for this event in Israel Jerusalem shall remain the intellectual property of the Musician. The client is granted a one-time performance license for the gala event only.
• 8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
• 9. Insurance: The Musician maintains professional liability insurance and public liability coverage valid throughout Israel, including all of Jerusalem. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
